    Need Help please!!!

    Which of the following compounds have a nonzero dipole moment?

    a) SO4-2 b) BF3 c) O2 d) AlHI2

    i really need help with this... anyone kno this?

    Have you drawn out each structure? Be cautious of the 3-dimensional structure of each (e.g. tetrahedral arrangements).

    for this all you do is determine if they are polar one shouldnt be polar to have a zero dipole moment. note take care BF3 is a below octet electron dot diagram.
