Programs Need some guidance (Phd)

  1. Jan 28, 2012 #1
Ok can someone tell me if its possible for a chemical engineer to write his Phd dissertation about statistical mechanics? Does anyone have any links to useful websites? Also does anyone know any questions in Fluid Dynamics from Physics that may be solved in a Chemical Engineering Concept.

I've tried hard but couldn't find any direct applications of Stat.Mechs in Chemical Engineering.

    Ask your advisor.

Hehe very funny...advisor doesnt know cuz he specializes in something completely different. Another thing, theres no phd program at my uni so the others dont know either. The internet hasnt been of much use either. Anything I found had to be purchased online.
