Just ran across this forum. Glad to find something which (hopefully) doesn't drone on and on about politics and religion.

My fascination with science began by watching the Carl Sagan Cosmos series in the '80s. Since then, I read mostly about astronomy and physics. Lately I've begun reading about quantum mechanics. My college math peaked at calculus with analytical geometry, so my adult studies have been limited to layman explanations which don't depend on a strong math background.

Be patient as I struggle to catch up.

    Welcome to PF!

Have you read the Leo Susskind book on QM called Quantum Mechanics the Theoretical Minimum? Its geared toward folks like us with that level of math.
