    Hello everyone!

I am a sophomore physics student from Nebraska, and I am excited to be a part of the physics forums community! I look forward to helping answer questions related to physics as well as mathematics, chemistry, and engineering. I also will be asking questions as I begin an undergraduate research project and the usual homework problems.

Welcome bj! Just be sure that you read the rules first and that you know the answers well before answering. It is always a good idea to link to the acceptable source of the answer unless you are a subject matter expert. I always link to the acceptable source of the answer I am giving, this is usually a journal or textbook. This gives an in depth discussion of the brief answer I am providing.
