A Norman Cook nucleus Model

  1. Jan 8, 2017 #1
    Hi,

I'm desperately trying to find somewhere a rational debunking of Norman Cook model of the nucleus.
Specifically N Cook argues that there is no evidence that the Pauli exclusion principle can allow a very long mean freepath of nucleons within a nucleus here:
    http://lenr-canr.org/acrobat/CookNmodelsofth.pdf section 5.4
at the contrary he claims that all computations still support a short mean free path while modern models of the nucleus all rely on the long free path assumption (weekly interacting nucleons inside a nucleus).
Has this been already discussed here or elsewhere ?
