NR3 Acid or Base

    Should I need more info than just the formula to know if acid or base? Why?
    I am really confused. What does R stand for?

    SORRY, I MEANT NR3. PLEASE IGNORE CH3NH3ClO2.

    R means an aliphatic group (saturated carbons). Can you draw a lewis structure of NR3?
