I'm new to this, so I'm not exactly how to go about looking for this. It can usually lead me to articles that are over my head. I'd just like to know where to go about to understand how the following systems work. Immediate Energy (ATP-CP System) - Phosphagen System Short-Term Energy (The Lactic Acid System) - Anaerobic System I'd like to understand them and ultimately learn how to make these systems more efficient through training and possibly diet.
