Partial pressure question

  1. Dec 2, 2008 #1
if you have an equation such as H2+2O2=2HNO2 and you know the partial pressure of H2 is .5 and the partial pressure of O2 is .3, does that mean that the partial pressure of 2HNO2 is .8?
