PGRE as degree substitute

    Hi Physics Forums,

I have a bit of a dilemma because I am 12 credits short of completing my B.S. in Physics, but cannot return to school due to an outstanding balance and an inability to immediately repay it. So, my question is the following: given that I am just 12 credits shy of my degree, would a good PGRE score make an acceptable substitute? All opinions welcome. Thank you.

    I highly doubt it.
