Physics questions

A rotating fan completes 1200 revolutions every minute. Consider a point on the tip of a blade, at a radius of 0.10 m...
    I got cir=.628m
    A)so the speed is just v=d/t? and i get .01 from .6283m/60s?!
i changed it so the distance in one rev is .000833, so .6283/.000833 gets me a velocity 754, sound ok?

    B) For magnitude of its acceleration i used a=v^2/r... so I used that velocity, sense thats wrong im guessing it throwed this off..
    with new velocity get 5.69E6

    C) The period is just T=2pie*r/v... again thrown off by the velocity?!
    new period is 8.33E-4

D)What is the centripetal acceleration of an object on the Earth's equator due to the rotation of Earth? isnt this just 9.805?!

E)What would the Earth's rotation period have to be for objects on the equator to have a centripetal acceleration equal to 9.8 m/s2?...with 24h and 55mins in a day it be 1436 mins?
