Polar Co-ordinates Question

  1. Nov 17, 2008 #1
    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data

    2. Relevant equations

    3. The attempt at a solution

Should I convert it all to a Cartesian form?
Will I be using tan somewhere along the way?

    Thanks
