Probably a stupid question

    If you had a set of flat propellors (propellors that are not curved and do not :uhh: .. propel), at what speed would they need to be rotating for them to take on the properties of a solid circular mass of the material?

    P.S. sorry if this is vague :frown:

    They never really would, but you can simplify depending on the application.
    They also actually would cause some propulsion.
