Product rule, chain rule

    Hi 2 questions having a mental block and cant figure them out any help would be apprieciated

    Q1 differentiate f(x)=ax(2x+b)^7 where a and b are constants

    Q2 differentiate f(x)=(x^2+cos^3(x^4))^10

    thanks for any help cheers

    Hmmm...

    Q1) Product rule, chain rule.

    Q2) Chain rule, chain rule

    Not too hard, really. Just break them up and apply the appropriate differentiation rules.
