Pulley force input/output problem help please :)

    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data

Stan raises a 1200N piano a distance of 5. using a set of pulleys. Stan pulls in 20m of rope.

    A) How much effort force is used to balance the friction force if the actual effort is 340N?
    B) What force is used to balance the friction force if the actual effort is 340N?
    C) What is the work output?
    D) What is the work input?
    E) What is the mechanical advantage?

    2. Relevant equations

    Fo/Fi=Di/Do

    3. The attempt at a solution

The main problem I'm having is understanding what the question is asking for.

    A) (1200N)/Fi=(20m)/(5m) so input force is 300N, Assuming A is asking for input force that is...

    B) I think they are asking for input force if the output force is 340N? right?

I need to figure out that before I continue with the problem.
