Pulley Problem

  1. Sep 23, 2007 #1
    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
I will provide links to the problem because it's in the book.

Here's a scan out of my book:

    2. Relevant equations
I have them all listed on my scans of my work.

    3. The attempt at a solution
Here are scans of my work.

The First page of work is here (on the very top of it are the answers that are listed in the back of the book for the problem)

This is the second page of work (notice that my answer at the bottom of this page does not correspond with the answers in the back of the book that are on the top of the first page)

Please look at my work and see what I did wrong.

I'm not good at pulley problems.

    Thanks in advance.
