Quantum Property

    Can a particle have both a quantum property and not have that same quantum property?

    If you measure the property, you'll get a value.
    If you don't measure it, you won't.

    From this, you can draw any conclusions you want about whether the particle (strictly speaking, the quantum system) has that property or not.
