Question about Sex Selection:

  1. Jan 15, 2008 #1
Disregarding the ethical concerns, I have the following condition:

Is it not as prominent as most cases, but I think that is luck rather than genetics (not sure). It goes on the x-chromosome. I am only 19 but I have often wondered whether sex selection science could avoid passing on this condition.

On another note. Is the idea that men/women want children of their own (not adopted) due to biological characteristics true, or is this something just perpetuated by the media.

    Thanks for the info.
