I got confused as I mixed quantum and different classical views of the subject since I saw all of these in different sources. I think I do understand wave optics well enough to understand Bragg's law since I get what textbooks are saying and I'm familiar with the Young's experiment, diffraction on single slit and diffraction grating. I understand conditions of constructive interference and the derivations of intensity vs angle equations in these. Not to leave an incorrect impression, thanks for all the answers you provided.
