Hi, Initially when I saw the statements in the attachment, I got really amazed, and I endeavor to find the derivation of these situations, but I would like to assure you of the fact that there are VERY VERY few sources that evaluate M/G/C or M/G/infinite, mostly the sources have an example or proof related to M/G/1 queue, therefore I am really asking you: Could you provide me with the derivation or proofs of the statements above?????? How is the steady state probability independency of general distribution possible???? Is there a mathematical proof of it???????
