Rankine cycle and the T-s diagram

  1. I've attached a Temperature - Entropy diagram for the Rankine cycle.
My question is really simple. What does that curved line represent? I read from the same website that the line indicates vapor-liquid equilibrium. Does this mean that a substance occupying the regions above and below the curve are in different phases? And if so, what phases would they be when above and below the line?

Thanks. I really appreciate your help.
