Ratio Question

  1. Jan 7, 2013 #1
    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data

    Calculate: (3 a + 3 b)/(a - b) If a/b = 2/5

    No attempts, I don't know how to solve this.

    Help?

    K + l + m = 34.
    K/l = 1/4
    l/m = 1/3

    l = ?

    Is it 8 ?
