Rescued Links Directory - Categories & Links

  • Thread starter Moonbear
  • Start date
In summary, due to issues with accessing the links directory, the list of links for each main category has been posted without subcategory organization. While these lists do not include the descriptions that the Links directory has, they can still be accessed until the permissions problem is fixed. Each category will have its own post in the thread to make it easier to read. The categories include Astronomy and Cosmology, Technology, Physics, and Philosophy. These lists contain various links to websites and resources related to each category, such as educational material, articles, and forums.

Since folks are having trouble accessing the links directory, I'm posting the lists of links from each of the main categories (I did not keep these organized by subcategory). Sorry that these will not have the nice descriptions that the Links directory has, but at least you will be able to access the links until Greg is able to fix the permissions problem. I will start a new post in this thread for each category so it doesn't get too difficult to read.

1. What is the purpose of the Rescued Links Directory?

The Rescued Links Directory is a platform designed to provide a comprehensive collection of links to websites that offer information, resources, and support for rescued animals and animal welfare organizations.

2. How are the categories and links in the directory chosen?

The categories and links in the directory are carefully selected and added by a team of researchers who review and verify the credibility and relevance of each website. Suggestions for new categories or links can also be submitted by users for consideration.

3. Can anyone add a link to the directory?

No, only the designated team of researchers can add new links to the directory. This ensures that all links are relevant and credible sources of information for rescued animals and animal welfare organizations.

4. Is the directory regularly updated?

Yes, the directory is regularly updated as new resources and organizations are discovered. The team of researchers also periodically reviews and removes any outdated or broken links to maintain the accuracy and usefulness of the directory.

5. Is the Rescued Links Directory affiliated with any animal welfare organizations?

No, the Rescued Links Directory is an independent platform and is not affiliated with any specific animal welfare organizations. The directory aims to provide a comprehensive collection of resources for all rescued animals and organizations, regardless of their affiliations.
