Hello All,

I'm an undergraduate student writing a research paper. The Research question: In scientific principal, is eternal life possible? I'm having trouble finding any relevant sources. I've been e-mailing expert physicists and cosmologists suggesting that dark energy coupled with the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics might be obstacles for eternal life and asking if there is any way to overcome them. I've gotten one response so far... from Leonard Susskind! Can anyone direct me to further reading on these topics(for the layman). OR, can you suggest other topics to ask experts about, concerning my research question? Or people to ask? I'm low on material and sources. What points might I be missing on this topic? Thanks All!
