Hi! Has anybody come across material which explores the methods by which somebody might improve their ability to form mental imagery, and, beyond that, other sensory control (smell etc)? I've recently started to delve into my own abilities and found through a healthy dose of daily reading and meditation, my ability to form vivid mental pictures has improved. Now I'm on the hunt for wider research. Most of the material (books) I've come across is self-help "visualize and you will achieve" stuff; I'm looking for something more scientific. Appreciate ideas!
