Rolling wheel problem kinematics

    Any ideas, rolling wheel problem?
    a wheel, with a radius of R rolls along X axis with its centre maintaining a velocity of 6m/s. a point on its edge follows the following path(3 possiblities), answer the questions for each one
    a)what is the angular velocity (omega)
    b)find the vector r(t) for the point on the edge
    c)when does the point accelerate and decelerate

    where do i even start this question, the 1st diagram has no numerical values,
    how can the 2nd diagram be, ie- the point goes backwards

    any ideas
