    Your formula for the Thevenin equivalent resistance is not correct. You need to remove the RL and short all voltage sources and calculate the equivalent resistance of such a network of resistors with respect to the two points where RL was connected.

    Also, resistance is not measured in volts.

    well i removed the RL

    but how can i know which one is in parallel or not since we have no current running in the circuit? and we dont have a source in order to know how the current goes in the circuit
