There are several ways to save documents as PDFs without using Adobe products. One option is to use an online conversion tool, such as Smallpdf or PDF Converter. These websites allow you to upload your document and convert it to a PDF for free. Another option is to use the "Print to PDF" feature on your computer. This allows you to print any document to a PDF file, without the need for any additional software. Simply select the "Print" option, choose "Print to PDF" as your printer, and save the file. Some word processing programs, like Microsoft Word, also have the option to save a document as a PDF directly from the "Save As" menu. Whichever method you choose, make sure to double check the formatting and layout of your PDF before submitting it to your professors.
