In summary, to search for a specific topic on a forum, use the search bar on the forum's homepage and enter a keyword or phrase related to the topic. You can also search for a specific user's posts by using the advanced search feature. To refine your search results, use filters provided by the forum such as sorting by date, relevance, or popularity and selecting specific categories or sub-forums. Additionally, most forums allow you to filter by a specific time frame and save your search for future reference.

There seems to be a problem when trying to search a particular forum. Neither clicking "Search this forum only" when in the search button drop-down menu nor going through the advanced search limit the search results. In all cases I get results from all forums.
