Took place here at 11:12am IST.

When the site worked, it was really slow and now too. :(
I have to wait for a minute for each page to load.

This is all normal. I took the site down for maintenance as noted. When the site is back online it is slammed with requests and will take 5min to sort it out. All is well now.
