    The first time? Not quite. We were doing this in a garage over ten years ago. I'm glad the rest are finally catching up. :biggrin:

    It turns out that you can pre-tenderize meat the same way. The shock wave tears apart the strands that make meat tough. We ran across one guy using dynamite for his tests!!! :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
