Singularity functions

    f(x) = <x-a>^1 - <x-2a>^1 - a<x-3a>^0
    function y = f(x) by means of singularity functions

    this is a diagram of singularities function.Can anybody pls explain to me how to draw the diagram or any website regarding this materials so that i can get to learn plsss.
