I'm probably not going to have time this summer to learn a martial art, but I've been considering it for a while. The next time I have a chance, I think I am going to take one up.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a particular martial art. I want one that will be able to increase my agility and endurance and I also want to be able to use it to defend myself if need be.(I guess all martial arts fall under this category. I just know I heard stuff about Judo and how its not really meant to be used in actual fights etc. Hopefully I won't be getting into too many fights, but you know, just in case. )
