Solar panels.

    If i connect 76 solar panels (3v each) (that are found in calculators) together can i generate voltage of about 230v DC? if i connect this voltage to a GEYSER of 220v-240v AC does the GEYSER work

    If a GEYSER is just an immersion hot water heater - yes.
    Except if you are talking about little battery charger 10cm square panels, you are only going to get perhaps 0.1A, or about 0.25% of the power you normally use for a water heater
