SolidWorks Practice

  1. Mar 4, 2010 #1
I am looking for a fairly complex machine to model as a SolidWorks assembly. I have been using SolidWorks for a while and the assignments given at my university are simply too easy for me as I gain more skills.

I would enjoy modeling (perhaps cliche) some sort of engine, at least a V6, with all of the working parts. I feel like this would give me deeper insight into how an engine actually works (I know the basics), and give me a challenge to work on throughout the semester during my free time.

Does anybody have any part files and/or dimensions that I could use to practice with? As stated before, I am looking for something rather complex, as I enjoy a good challenge. Thanks for any input!
