SSL Programming

  1. Jul 25, 2004 #1
Just wondering if anybody knows where I can find a tutorial on SSL programming that doesn't require me to have microsoft visual studios. went to hackers.com but it seems they have been displaced. if anyone has any ideas where to find a tutoral online, or a good book, I'd appreciate it.

So far I have googled SSL prgramming C language, network programming, sockets. and a couple of others I cannot remember off the top of my head. Any search suggestions would be appreciated as well.

    thanks in advance,

    VBPhysics

I would suggest looking at openssl. You can either use their libraries to create an ssl enabled program or you can look at the actual source code to openssl and write your own libraries.
