String resonances and fundamental particles

  1. Jan 26, 2004 #1
Does any one know of any good references on the relationship between string vibrations and fundamental particles such as quarks, leptons, and the gauge bosons, containing an explicit mathematical description of said relationship? Any information would be appreciated.
