Stuck with mechanics

    A few questions i am stuck on so any input will be of great use.

    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data

    Firstly.
    A rim type flywheel has a mass of 45Kg and a mean radius of 92mm. The flywheel slows down from 380 R.P.M to 160 R.P.M under the action of friction torque of 0.08Nm. Find the number of revolutions turned though the flywheel during this deceleration.

    and secondly

    The rotating table of a vertical boring machine has a mass of 690Kg and a radius of gyration of 700mm. Find the torque to accelerate the table to 60rev/min in 3 compete revolutions from rest.

    nto sure i have a formulae sheet but not sure which formulae are relevent.
