Schools Studying at MIPT

  1. Sep 22, 2016 #1

I recently got accepted into Moscow institute of physics and technology for a masters degree and was wondering how it would be compared to different grad schools in the USA. With other factors constant (LOR, research, etc), how would this set me up for a Phd at a top university in the USA? What I mean is, does it have the same name recognition as say MIT, Princeton, or Uchicago? Im fluent in Russian so that isn't a problem. I appreciate all answers and thank you!

Thanks for the thread! This is an automated courtesy bump. Sorry you aren't generating responses at the moment. Do you have any further information, come to any new conclusions or is it possible to reword the post? The more details the better.
