Stupid question about PSI but for a Carboard tube.

    I want to build something using 3 tubes that are cardboard here are the demtions. Length is 9 feet and 3 inches the diameter is 2 1/4 inches and the width is 1/4 inch. Does anybody know how to find the PSI and if so is there a mathmatical equation for it?
