SuperCooled Neodymium Magnets

  1. Apr 27, 2012 #1
    Hallo everyone!

As you all know one of the strongest rare-earth magnet is Neodymium.

I was wondering... under very cooled temperatures their magnetism will last for a longer time as usual and their magnetic field will be stronger than before too!
How long do you think it could last? I mean imagine if its magnetism's strength is rated at 100% how long will you think that number will last."Keep in mind that the magnet will constantly be introduced to a magnetic field will that effect its magnetic fields strength too?"

    Thanks!
    Can't wait for you answers!
