Renigade 666 was rapidly padlocked for postulating a question related to materialism. I got padlocked for attempting to add the concept of energy to help explain additional complexities of materialism.

One of the greatest mysteries of science and philosoph is why and what is human consciousness. It seems that any mention of the supernatural is discouraged. This leaves only the natural as the basis for an explanation.

Seems that the philosophy department might have a department of censure.

I believe that all ideas and theories should be open for discussion and exploration, including those related to the supernatural. While the scientific method may not be able to directly study the supernatural, it does not mean that it should be completely ignored in philosophical discussions. However, it is important to approach these topics with a critical and rational mindset, rather than blindly accepting or dismissing them.

The concept of energy is a valid scientific concept and can certainly be used to explain certain complexities of materialism. It is important to consider all possible explanations and incorporate them into our understanding of the world, rather than limiting ourselves to one narrow perspective. Philosophical discussions should be open to all ideas, as long as they are presented in a respectful and thoughtful manner.

It is concerning that there may be a department of censure in the philosophy department, as it goes against the principles of open-mindedness and critical thinking that are essential in philosophical discourse. It is important for all ideas, even those related to the supernatural, to be given a fair chance to be explored and discussed in an academic setting. As scientists and philosophers, it is our responsibility to remain open to new ideas and constantly challenge our understanding of the world.
