If [itex]\Lambda^{\mu}_{\hspace{3 mm}\nu} = \partial_{\nu}x'^{\mu} = \frac{\partial x^'{\mu}}{\partial x^{\nu}}[/itex]

does that mean [itex]\Lambda_{\mu}^{\hspace{3 mm}\nu} = \partial^{\nu}x'_{\mu} = \frac{\partial x'_{\mu}}{\partial x_{\nu}}[/itex] ?
