The best cooking show

  1. Jan 23, 2009 #1
Okay, everyone can go ahead and disagree with me, but I like "America's Test Kitchen" I like the idea of being scientific and trying everything they can think of then picking the best recipe. They always do recipes of the kind of food I like best. Big thick pork chops, comfort foods etc. Sure I like watching the shows where they do fancy/expensive foods too, but if I'm going to actually make something for dinner and serve it to people I'm probably going to do some big thick and meaty. Anyone going to disagree?

Thanks so much for the link, tribdog. It looks like a down-to-earth approach to cooking that emphasizes natural ingredients (the only way I cook) and simple techniques. I'll give 'em a whirl.
