If I find that there is a problem with the translation or other inaccuracies, I will delete the post or comment as needed. I have never seen the full report in English before now.

As near as I could tell by using other references, it is an accurate translation of the report. Since I don't speak French that's about the best that I can do.

This is a great link-the site-some great articles.

Afriad to PDF the COMETA report though-have had problems in the past--may take forever to download-lotta stuff...

The 'appendexices' are very interesting--i'll have to wait till I've got a lot of time.

Kean's 'complete' article worth saving...Miller from Norfolk (my home town-wish I'd known that.

Steven C. Greer,however, seems to have gone 'wacky'--possibly a smear campaign? He's one of the speakers at the upcoming
"X Conference" here on the outskirts of DC
