Who Will Get the Last Word Before Shutdown?

In summary, the physics forum will be shut down on October 16th, but there are other forums that may be a good place to go. The moderators are rarely around and there are no rules, which makes it like talking to a brick wall. The only thing worth saying happened when the moderator had the last word.

should we just say last word? or do you need to say something somewhat profound? There's nothing I hate worse than a bunch of dumb threads of people saying. Haha I've got the last word.

  • #3
Most likely not me - I am not patient enough to post something every 5 seconds.

  • #4
What the heck else do you have to do?

  • #5
16 30 BST still here.

  • #6
oh, that's profound. Say something worth saying or it doesn't count.

  • #7
$.02

  • #8
haha, clever. okay I'll let you have the last word with that one

Are there any plans to migrate to another physics forum during the downtime?
http://www.mkaku.org/forums/ might be a good place to visit.
Although they have a "Lounge" area, everything is pretty much general discussion.
There are no rules and the moderators are hardly ever around.

It's kind of like when moonbear goes to the store and we start talking religion.

I think you have me confused with Kurdt.
Didn't he mention in chat that he only bathes once a month?

reasons for banning:
troll and sock puppet of another troll
Sock puppet of banned user
waste of space
racist propoganda
Just another crackpot spammer with a theory of everything. Go away.

May be the PF's server is just an empty shell, PF's is IN the internet, or Greg can not find his screw driver.

I think anyone who deserts PF and goes to another forum over the weekend should be banned.

Poor Dr. Kaku, his forum gets so little respect.

Britbike is only for the connoisseur of the ultimate in historic machinery, not to be confused with Hardly Davidson fanatics.
