What is the threshold frequency of the experimental photo-missive material?

    A. 9.0 E14 Hz

    B. 5.5 E14 Hz

    C. 2.9 E14 Hz

    D. 0.5E 14 Hz

I can;t seem to get this problem down! =[

Isn't threshold frequency the frequency which results in a photoelectron emitted with zero kinetic energy? Can't you read that off the graph??

I have a problem with the negative kinetic energies shown on part of the graph.

The graph is an extrapolation of the data points shown. The negative kinetic energies aren't real, obviously, right?

Obvious to you and me, yes. I mentioned it because it may not be obvious to Skeevald.
