Trying to figure out physical capabilities.

  1. Mar 30, 2013 #1
I have a character I'm writing for an rp online, and he has a power that allows him to negate gravity--well, it can do more than that, but this is where I'm hitting the snag. With gravity negated, leaping would allow him to jump quite high, and the only thing determining his limit is air resistance. i.e drag.

I've been searching around the site and thusly have seen a drag equation I'm gonna attempt. The snag I'm having is trying to figure out the leaping power. I was hoping to find a ratio regarding muscular strength to force generation--this will help me later, as well, if I have to write any superhuman beings. I've been googling all day and have been unable to find anything. If there's any help you can give me, it'd be most appreciated.
