Vacuum Capacitance

  1. Sep 28, 2008 #1
Does anyone know what the value of capacitance in a vacuum ([tex]C_{0}[/tex]) is?
Would this be a constant or dependent on the particular capacitor?

The electrical permitivity of a vacuum is 8.85 pF/m.

The actual value of any capacitance depends on it's geometry
