Homework Help: Velocity transfer function

  1. Apr 7, 2015 #1
    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
If I have a transfer function X(s)/F(s), where X(s) is displacement and s is a complex variable, how would I obtain V(s)/F(s), where V(s) is the velocity?

    2. Relevant equations

    3. The attempt at a solution
I think, if the initial conditions were zero, I should just multiply by s?
