Very Hard Puzzle

  1. May 27, 2013 #1
An airplane was carrying 80 bricks. One fell off from the plane. How many bricks will be there in the plane?

Apparently the bricks were ON the plane, not IN the plane, so zero.
  4. May 27, 2013 #3
"from the plane" could mean "from inside the plane" too, no?
  5. May 27, 2013 #4
The word "off" preceded "from the plane", so I would say no.

And considering the wording, I think the question is impossible to answer.

The plane was carrying 80 bricks. How many are inside and how many are on top? No way to know. There could have been 79 inside and 1 on top, or 78 inside and 2 on top, etc.

    Incorrect. The answer is 79.

How would you put an elephant inside a refrigerator in three steps?
  7. May 27, 2013 #6
Apply the Banach-Tarski procedure on the fridge three times, then put him in the fridge.
  8. May 27, 2013 #7
Wrong. 1) Open fridge door 2) put elephant inside 3) close fridge door

Next Question. How would you put a deer inside the fridge in four steps?
  9. May 27, 2013 #8
Apply Banach-Tarski four times and put in the deer (you have to apply Banach-Tarski four times in order to make it fit in the deer TOGETHER with the elephant which is already in the fridge).
  10. May 27, 2013 #9
Wrong Again. 1) open fridge door 2) take out the elephant 3) put the deer inside and 4) close fridge door

The king of jungle invited all animals to a feast. Who could not come?

Anyway, here are the answers to your next three questions:

    1) The deer is in the fridge.
    2) The human crosses normally because the alligators are at the Lion King's party.
    3) The human gets hit in the head with a brick.
  12. May 27, 2013 #11

Why was the human crossing the river?
  13. May 27, 2013 #12
Because a human is an animal and he had to attend the Lion King's party?
  14. May 27, 2013 #13
Nopes. To take the deer out of the fridge.
  15. May 27, 2013 #14
Why would he want to take the deer out of the fridge?
  16. May 27, 2013 #15
To cook the deer in Lion King's feast.
  17. May 27, 2013 #16
Nope, because the deer ordered 80 bricks and the human was going to inform him that the plane arrived.
  18. May 27, 2013 #17
The answer to your next question is: The deer could not have his house, because the human to build it had died out of falling brick.
  19. May 27, 2013 #18
But why did the deer want to build a house?
  20. May 27, 2013 #19
The same reason, the deer ordered 80 bricks for.
